The Building Board
The Building Board consists of volunteers from the congregation who oversee and make decisions about the physical plant. The Building Board’s responsibilities include maintaining the building and grounds of the church, supervising the custodial staff, maintaining the columbarium, acting as a liaison with the Child Care Center regarding custodial and maintenance concerns, and overseeing the use of our building by outside groups.
Window Committee update
Windows update...
Since our last solicitation for the Window Fund, we have received over $22,000 in paid pledges. We would like to thank everyone for their generous contributions. This will enable us to replace more windows.
The next areas that we will replace are on both sides of Fellowship Hall, the remainder of the windows facing our neighbor on the north side of the building, and the windows below Fellowship Hall facing the courtyard. This will get us to about 70 to 75 percent complete for the building. The work will be done during the fall of this year.
Again, we would like to thank everyone for their support of this important capital project for the maintenance and upkeep of our church.
