The Ministerial Relations Committee

 

The Ministerial Relations Committee (MRC) is an advisory and consultative group that promotes good communications between the minister and the congregation. It’s a sounding board for the minister as well as a conduit for concerns and comments that church members wish to convey. This confidential committee also reviews the minister’s performance and annual goals, and reviews and recommends compensation.
