It’s hard to believe that a decade has passed since the awful events of Sept. 11, 2001. Our nation and our world have changed in fundamental ways since that day, and as a nation we continue to struggle with the tension between liberty and security. We need also to tend to our own continuing grief, and it’s in this context that the Eggertsville-Snyder Clergy Group is offering a 9/11 service of worshipful remembrance on, of course, Sunday, Sept. 11, at 4 p.m. The service will be held at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 205 Longmeadow Road in Eggertsville. Pastor Scott will participate, and your attendance is invited..
