Knitting for Peace
Sunday 4/17/2011 we will bless 46 beautiful shawls created by members of our thriving Knitting for Peace group. Members of this group include Linda Beck, Marilyn Carmichael, Dolores Coleman, Shirley Conner, Wendy Creech, Marie Edmister, Ruth Fowlston, Jean Haller, Kristin Harkness, Magdalene Hettler, Dorothy Kratz, Helena Lee, Olga Lockwood, Kim LoDico, Sue Mattern, Jane Meese, Rev. Mary Jane Nichols, Diane Poe Schroeder, Shirley Thomas, Nanette Utter and Marion Wilcox.

ACC Prayer Chain
ACC's "Prayer Chain" is always open to prayer request. These request are for either "Joys", or "Concerns". For example, if you or someone you know is facing surgery, illness, or other hard times (concerns), or maybe someone has had a new baby (joy), members of the Prayer Chain will raise that to God in private prayer. To bring a Joy or Concern before this group, please call the church office at 716-834-9700, fill out a prayer request card in the pews, or let Pastor Scott know. Let's make regular use of this wonderful ministry within our faith community.
