My mother always said that May and June were the craziest of all the months. With four children, it is easy to see why she thought that. The pace does seem to quicken with sporting events, concerts, and year end projects. Have you ever encountered someone in the midst of this craziness who just seems to have it all pulled together, and did you wonder “How do they do that?” Jesus reminds us that God is always in control and can calm a raging sea:
He says, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he gets up and rebukes the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
Matthew 8:25-27
I pray that you will allow God to calm you during whatever storm you are facing.
