We are an Open and Affirming (ONA) church, affiliated with The United Church of Christ, with a vital mission to build an inclusive faith-based community where all are welcomed equally.

 

As a community church, we work to build relationships with our members and with our neighbors by providing a hub for activity in Western New York by opening our doors to many local organizations for a variety of events.

 

Having been a vital part of the local landscape for over 100 years, Amherst Community Church is steeped in tradition. We honor and care for those who have helped us to become who we are today, while looking forward to supporting and nurturing those who are in search of a deeper faith.
